Areas We Cover

We offer professional commercial and domestic tree services covering an approximately area of 30-35 miles from Billericay. Approximately the area is from Romford westwards, Bishops Stortford northwards and the borders of Suffolk eastwards.

If your property is outside the area described, don’t be put off, give us a call so that we can try and help you with the tree problem.

Tree surgery is important for both homes and commercial properties, removing old and dangerous trees, whilst allowing more natural light into the premises. Professional tree surgery is required as the process can be extremely delicate and without proper expertise, you can cause more damage than good.

We offer a wide range of Tree Services -

Within the Essex area there are many trees which are subject to a Preservation Order.

How can I find out if the trees within my ownership are protected?

You can check to see if a property or area of land has a Tree Preservation Order on it, or if it is located within a Conservation Area, by looking at the council website or by contacting the local council (usually the planning department). If your tree is protected then you will need to apply to the Council to carry out any work. See also ‘A brief guide to legislation for trees

As there are many individual Council areas you should refer to the Council in which your property and/or Tree is located, but as an example, we have provided a link to the part of the website of Rochford District Council which deals with Tree Preservation, just click this link.

} We specialise in treatment of Japanese Knotweed

Japanese Knotweed (Fallopia japonica) is a rapidly spreading, perennial, invasive plant and is quickly becoming a serious problem in this country. In winter the plant dies back leaving dead standing canes but by early summer the bamboo-like stems shoot to over 2.1m (7ft), suppressing all other growth. Eradication requires steely determination as it is very hard to remove by hand or with chemicals. New legislation now covers its control - read more here
